I know you don’t eat low vibrational food like donuts, bagels or bacon for breakfast, right? Riiiiiight. Step up your nutrition game with a breakfast bowl. This will keep you full without all of the processed carbs. Plus, if you have a dairy allergy or are just flat out avoiding dairy, this is perfect for you! I’m using So Delicious coconut yogurt as the base for my bowl. Then I added blueberries, kiwi, and figs as my fruit. Next up, I added hemp seeds because they have lots of protein, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc (great for healthy hair). But you could totally add chia seeds or flax seeds. Lastly, I topped this off with one of my faves, unsweetened coconut. So easy, you can even take this with you on the go. Feel free to customize your bowl with your favorite fruits.
