Vegan Fig and Cheese Cracker Appetizer

Start with Simple Mills "Everything" Sprouted Seed Crackers.

Next, add vegan cheese and fig slices. I'm using Treeline "Creamy Soft French-Style Cashew Cheese." I love the combination of sweet and savory flavors.  

Top with mircogreens, removing as much as the stem as possible, for color and an antioxidant boost.  This reminds of the traditional prosciutto and cheese cracker. 

Optional: finish with a  drizzle of coconut nectar.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
