Can you believe the holiday season is already in full swing? Since most of my relatives are not plant-based, I find it easier to win them over at family functions with delicious vegan desserts that are reminiscent of their traditional favorites. Because this can be such a busy time of year, I like to simplify my life by using Simple Mills Brownie Mix.
I typically purchase Simple Mills products at Target because it is truly a one-stop shop for grocery, home decor, and lifestyle needs. Let’s be honest. Can you really leave Target with just one item? I also find the price point to be lower than some natural food retailers. You can find Simple Mills Brownie Mix in the baking aisle.

I love Simple Mills because they only use flavorful, whole food ingredients. Nothing artificial. Unlike most conventional brownie mixes where the first ingredient is sugar or wheat flour, the first ingredient in Simple Mills Brownie Mix is almond flour. I also love that these fudgy brownies already contain chocolate chips, so there is no need to purchase them separately.
To make your Simple Mills brownies fully plant-based, use vegan butter and a chia egg, avocado, banana, applesauce, or your favorite egg replacement. These brownies will only take approximately 30 minutes to prepare.
