Raw cacao is a healthier alternative to commercial chocolate. It’s rich in antioxidants, magnesium, iron, and fiber. Here is one of my favorite ways to incorporate it into my diet. I love to eat these a few days leading up to my cycle because the magnesium in the cacao helps me prevent menstrual cramps.
