What better way to kick off Spring Break than with some fun, healthy food? On April 11, 2017, I appeared on Good Morning Washington for #TasteTestTuesday to showcase some of my favorite family-friendly, plant-based dishes.

I explained the benefits of each dish, and showcased a few ingredients that will be sure to help you increase your intake of plant-based protein. Autria seemed to really love the coconut yogurt. “Quinoa in a pineapple?
I think Kidd was lowkey giving me the “side-eye” when I told him that I put fried quinoa in a pineapple. In the end, I think I won him over after I explained my “why.”
